| Another Bat stage scene suggestion: Baal/Peter is at Wendy's window, pleading with her to fly to Neverland.... Baal: 'Come with me Wendy, to such a magical place...where the sea always whips the sky, and the sky always whips the sea...where waves pound on golden sand, and northern lights just never stop giving off sparks! 'Where lost boys romance golden girls...where once upon a time, is here right now, and where every Saturday night, (oh god) every Saturday night the fever grows, and you feel so damn alive!' (whispering)'But most of all...a place where we'll always be as young as we are right now...come with me Wendy to a place such as this...it's all I've ever wanted...and it's all you'll ever need...' Wendy: 'But...I'm scared...' Baal: 'Don't be scared Wendy...it's such a beautiful night...and you have such a beautiful body, and while there's a moon in the sky, love is always on the prowl...' Wendy: (sighing) 'Yes...' Baal: '... and love will always get us, while the moon is in the sky'. Wendy: (whispering) 'I know...' Baal: (taking Wendy by the hand)'Come with me Wendy to Neverland...we'll be there before dawn...we'll fly faster than the speed of night...' 'Faster...' then kicks in, accompanied by a huge dance & flying sequence. The piano riff is great for a dance sequence, and the lyrics seem appropriate (with some slight tweaks): 'I don't wanna let another minute go by' '...we're ready to fly' 'It's all I ever wanted, and all you'll ever need' 'The night'll be our cover...' 'Love is gonna get us, while the moon is in the sky' I can also hear the 'vocal wail' being fed around the entire theatre, through surround sound speakers. | |
