DOTV tanked because it ended up being a giant pile of shite with Crawford being a huge part of that because he STARRED in the show and Jim wasn't at the helm. MEAT LOAF would NOT be in the BOOH show and Jim WOULD be at the helm.
I'm betting if Meat had a 3 letter name beginning with 'R' you'd think the sun shone out of his rear.
