| I'm not that much into the legal of songwriting, but isn't it true that you can perform a persons song without permission if they're published, but if you alter them you should ask permission ? What I heard last night was NOT Jim's songs and he should get an injunction that prohibits Meat from performing them in public ever again. Even if he doensn't win it would make great headlines and everyone who attened this last tour will nod their head and think "way to go,Jim". | |
